Welcome to Retroused. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Retroused website and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. The Marketplace Model
Retroused is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between independent Sellers and Buyers. Retroused does not own, create, sell, or resell any items listed on the platform. The contract for sale is directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
2. Shipping and Control
- Shipment Management: Only the Seller has the authority to initiate, manage, or stop a shipment once an order has been placed.
- Order Cancellation: Retroused can only process a refund or cancel an order before the item has been shipped. Once a shipment has been initiated by the Seller, Retroused cannot intervene in the transit process.
3. Refunds and Liability
- Seller Responsibility: Sellers are 100% responsible for managing and issuing refunds for their transactions.
- Disputes: Any requests for refunds post-shipment must be negotiated directly with the Seller. Retroused is not liable for the condition of items, shipping delays, or a Seller’s refusal to issue a refund.
